N-95 Particulate Respirator Training

It is mandatory for all students engaged in patient care to complete N-95 particulate respiratory training. It is imperative that students complete the medical questionnaire below and return to Student Heath Services. By returning the completed medical questionnaire and reviewing the PowerPoint, you will meet the mandatory requirements.
