We are located in Room 3420, third floor, of the East Building on the Medical School Campus at 4525 Scott Avenue.

Our normal hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.  Any changes in these hours will be posted.

• Physicians - By appointment only (314) 362-3523. Telephone early in the day if you need to be seen the same day.

• Nursing -  If the problem is urgent and a physician is not present, the nursing staff will assess your need.

• Counseling - By appointment only.  No referral needed.   Jennifer Lustman, LCSW (314) 747-0225 or Dr. Mary Hildenbrand (314) 362-2404.
• Student Assistance Program (SAP) 1-800-327-2255 then press prompt #3.
• Specialists - All referrals to specialists must be authorized by the Health Service Staff for full coverage. Student responsible for a co-payment of $10.00 for each visit, collected at the time seen.

• Dermatology - By appointment only (314) 362-2643 (5th floor CAM) or (314) 996-8010 (Barnes West County).  No referral needed. Student responsible for a co-payment of $15.00 for each visit, collected at the time seen.

• Allergists - by appointment only (314) 362-3523. Must see Health Service physician first. Student responsible for a co-payment of $10.00 for each visit, collected at the time seen.
• After Hours Phone Service - This service is available from 5pm-9pm Monday – Friday and 8am –5pm Sat/Sun and holidays.  The calls will be picked up at 9pm M-F and 5pm Sat/Sun/Holidays (314) 362-3526.
• Employee Health Service - By appointment only (314)362-3528. Reporting exposures to human blood and body fluids after hours, the Health Service can be contacted by digital pager at (314) 871-2966.
